About the event
This three hour mobility workshop will teach you exactly what mobility training is and how to imrpove it. We will learn how to navigate and reduce joint pain and discomfort. How to optimize movement and strength training We will create a daily routine and finish with a one hour Kinstretch class which will provide practical application of everything we learned.
